Layaway Terms & Conditions
- All layaways require a minimum deposit of 50% of purchase amount at the time the layaway is requested. We also require a non-refundable layaway fee $25. If your layaway is cancelled for any reason, this fee will not be refunded. At the time of pick-up or shipping, the deposit (minus the layaway fee) will be applied toward your purchase.
- At the time you request the layaway, you will be provided with a copy of this form listing the items placed on layaway, the price of each item, and the total purchase price, including sales tax, [G.S.T.] and delivery charges, if any, less the amount of your initial deposit. You will have 60 days following the date of this form to remit the remaining balance. Layaway items will be delivered or available for pick-up as soon as payment in full is received.
- Layaway orders must total at least $200.00. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF CREDIT FOR MERCHANDISE.
- We will hold layaway items for a period of no more than 60 days. Items placed on layaway will not be displayed or offered for sale during this period. Any layaway not paid in full within the 60 day period will be placed back into stock, the layaway cancelled and the refundable portion of your deposit refunded to you in the form of credit for merchandise.
- Layaways may be cancelled within 2 days of receipt of the initial deposit.
- All cancellations must be made in person.
